For us, environmental protection means protecting people and generations.
 As a small family business, we also want to contribute to sustainability and the conscious use of resources by continuously optimizing our internal processes in the direction of environmental protection and sustainability.

The following measures have already been set and this is how you can support us: 

• New! Our electric charging station! New!
  You can book a garage space with your apartment
  directly at the electric charging station and
  conveniently charge your electric car. The price
  is currently around EUR 0.35 / kwh.
  
• Clean business - environmentally friendly washing and cleaning.
  We use only ecological care products and detergents that have been awarded the eco-label. With our steam cleaners, cleaning agents are often not used at all. 
  We deliberately change towels only on request.
• Best Viennese tap water instead of plastic bottles
  Our guests have the chance to enjoy the best drinking water directly from the Alps. Thanks to the Vienna High Spring Pipeline, the purest tap water is available to you free of charge around the clock! Please do without water in plastic bottles as far as possible.
• Correct waste separation
  Easy waste separation: In the courtyard you will find bins for residual waste (black) / plastic & cans & Tetra packages (yellow with blue ring) / waste paper (green). Waste glass you can please leave washed in the apartment, we will take care of it!

• Less is more - energy saving
  Almost all apartments are equipped with a general power switch, which makes it easier for you to really turn off all the lights when you leave our house to explore Vienna. By using motion detectors we also save energy. Of course, we also prefer to use economical LED lighting. In addition, we ask for targeted ventilation to save heating costs - so rather ventilate intermittently than tilting the window continuously. 
• It's so green
  We are working to green our grounds as much as we can, not only for visual improvement, but also to provide habitat for plants and animals, increase local biodiversity, and buffer hot summer temperatures. Our flat roof was one of the first successful steps towards this. Next, we want to dedicate ourselves to our inner courtyard.
• Good connection to the public transport network
  The good location of our house allows you a great connection to public transport. The apartments themselves. are conveniently located near streetcar (line 2) as well as subway (U3). You need only 15 minutes to the center of Vienna. So our guests can leave their car with us during their stay or arrive relaxed by train! We are happy to advise you personally at the reception!

Our goal is to be awarded the "Austrian Ecolabel" as well as the "EU Ecolabel". 
It is nice to see how we contribute together to the preservation of our environment.
